Please note that in order to finalise the registration with landlord, you must forward your ID card/passport and transfer the deposit and final cleaning fee to the landlord as soon as your booking is accepted, and you will receive the contract. A monthly cleaning service is already included in the monthly rent. If you require additional cleaning, a fee of €90 will be charged.

You will be staying in a fully equipped, modernly furnished apartment. Parking spaces can be booked on a monthly basis. On floors 1 to 4, there are laundry rooms with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. All apartments are bright, open, and offer, depending on the size of the apartment:

The rent is all-inclusive ("warme Miete"). Electricity, water, heating, internet, and one monthly intermediate cleaning are included. There is no electricity bill.
