The newly built apartments at Simmelstraße are also equipped with shared bathrooms and balconies where you can relax and unwind. Please note that the display of the shared areas in this apartment may vary slightly. Located in Berlin Reinickendorf, Simmelstraße is a newly built, high quality building with thoughtfully designed bedrooms and fully equipped apartments. The building is situated in close proximity to several amenities, including supermarkets, parks and green spaces, restaurants and cafés, and essential services like banks and pharmacies. This means that you’ll have everything you need to unlock your next move in Berlin with full ease and convenience. This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi. We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates!
