The stylishly furnished 1-room apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet apartment building. It is the ideal starting point for exploring the city and the surrounding area. The cozy balcony facing the courtyard invites you to relax and linger. Enjoy an individual and varied holiday and relax in our inviting holiday apartment. On 45 sqm you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay in our beautiful state capital Dresden. Our spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower. Here you will also find a hair dryer and enough space for your personal cosmetics. The large main room not only welcomes you with plenty of space, but also with an extremely cozy atmosphere and appealing details that make the apartment so homely. A double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) invites you to relax and have a restful sleep. A sofa bed is also available for an extra bed. Up to 2 other people can be found here. For small guests we are happy to provide a cot with a mattress, protective cover and bed sheet. A high chair is also available. The kitchen area is also extensively equipped. In addition to the oven and stove, you will also find a coffee maker (filter coffee), a toaster and a kettle. The dishwasher is happy to do the tedious washing up (tabs available). All windows can be darkened with external blinds. After a beautiful and varied day, you can relax on the cozy balcony. A parasol is available. Our Leubener Stübchen is the ideal starting point to reach the city center by train (bus stop is approx. 50m away). The S-Bahn station is about 1 km away. From here you can easily reach the city center as well as Saxon Switzerland. Your car is parked in our underground car park. You can also store your bicycles here. If you need more than one parking space, you will find additional parking spaces in the surrounding side streets (free of charge).
