English: This cozy apartment is located on the 2nd floor, has a living area of about 80sqm and can accommodate up to four people. The spacious living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas facing the large flat screen TV and a coffee table. Against the wall is a small desk where two more people can sit. Wi-Fi is of course included in the apartment and can be used by tenants free of charge. In the sleeping area there are two separate bedrooms, each with two large double beds. In addition, there is a cabinet next to the beds, which can be used to store items. A closet provides enough storage space for the clothes of all tenants. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a refrigerator, a stove with oven, a kettle, a microwave oven, as well as dishes and cutlery. For added convenience, there is a built-in dishwasher.
