English: Our apartment is located in a former brewery in a beautiful neighborhood, with new and historic buildings. Viktoriapark is a two-minute walk and in five minutes you are on the lively Bergmannstraße with a nice selection of cafes, restaurants, & shops. The apartment is ideal for couples and families with children, or for singles. The perfect place to relax after a long working day! The accommodation The apartment is part of the former Schultheiss brewery and the building is a listed building. The neighbourhood is very quiet and family oriented (playground in front of the door), but still very close to everything. This is unique in Berlin! You have the whole apartment: bedroom with double bed (160cm), living room (with sofa bed (140cm) + futon), equipped kitchen and dining area, and bathroom with shower. There is also a small, beautiful terrace overlooking the square. German: Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einer ehemalige Brauerei in einer schönen Nachbarschaft, mit neuen und historischen Gebäuden. Sie sind in zwei Minuten zu Fuß im Viktoriapark und in fünf Minuten sind Sie auf der lebhaften Bergmannstraße mit einer schönen Auswahl an Cafes, Restaurants, & Shops. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Pärchen und Familien mit Kindern, oder auch für Alleinstehende. Der perfekte Entspannungsort nach einem langen Arbeitstag! Die Unterkunft Die Wohnung ist Teil der ehemaligen Schultheißbrauerei und das Gebäude ist unter Denkmalschutz. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und sehr familienorientiert (Spielplatz vor der Tür), aber trotzdem ganz nah an allem. Das ist einmalig in Berlin! Sie haben die ganze Wohnung: Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (160), Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafsofa (140) + Futon), ausgestattete Küche und Essbereich, und Bad mit Dusche.
