1 Zimmer Wohnung mit 62m² in Berlin

The flat it is located in a relatively old house (60 years) in the heart of East Berlin. This type of housing was a part of general reconstruction of the city after the WW2. Ruled by communistic ideals, East Berlin changed dramatically into a functional city, which main features were ... similarity and architectural simplicity. Despite the absence of architectural value, the house was fully modernized, brought to the modern standards of comfort and energy efficiency. Nowadays it looks very nice and modern. Everything, what is in the flat inside, was also renovated and replaced during corona-years : I was working from home and realized, how important it is to stay in comfortable atmosphere, so I decided improve a lot of things, changed windows, installed a beautiful modern kitchen with new gadgets, refurbished bathroom. I actually did the apartment originally for myself. I tried to create something really nice in this flat, not just a flat, where I feel comfortable, but a place with its own unrepeatable charm, which can impress and cause nice recollections. I reached that with using my favourite blue colour of different tones (from deep blue to royal blue), while decorating the room. You´ll be able to enjoy different shades of calming blue colour in accessories, furniture and even walls. The flat has the total square of 62 m2 and in reality is MUCH bigger, than the pictures present it. It consists of 1 x bed-/living room, 1 x kitchen, 1 x bathroom and 1 x corridor. It has everything, what a nice flat in the center should have: startegic location, nice design and responsible owner. In the BED-/LIVING ROOM you´ll find a huge nice doublebed (king size; ), a couple of night tables and chairs for reading or chilling. As the floors are covered with real oak parkett - don´t worry about cold feet. The room is actually very bright, but high quality "hotel" curtains will conceal you from the sunlight in the summer season. The windows go to the south, that's why the apartment would be great for those of you, who like a lot of sunlight. The KITCHEN was planed to be a place for good dining. It should be pointed out, that the kitchen is equipped with everything, what people normally need during short stay: stove, microvawe, fridge with freezer, cattle, toaster and - a cherry on the cake - dishwasher. All gadgets are from Bosch. Of course you´ll find all types of cups and glasses, plates and bowls, cooking pots and cuttlery in the cupboards. The BATHROOM is actually also very nice and modern. I understand, how important it is to have a clean and fresh bathroom, that´s why I rebuilt it completely. It´s not only up-to-date, but also quite large with a HUGE mirror and XL - shower cabin. There´s also a washing mashine in the bathroom, what would definitely make your stay easier :)
