All amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, TV, coffee maker, etc are available in the apartment. There is an external blind for complete darkening. Security and service provided by the doorman service, access for guests: Large garden/yard with playground, lawn for sunbathing and seating. Internet Interaction with guests: I receive you personally if it is possible for me, do the key handover and explain the apartment and facility. If I am on vacation I have a nice substitute :-) The neighborhood: In the middle of the Berlin hustle and bustle and yet the complex/apartment is very quiet because it is located in the green spacious courtyards. Alle Vorzüge wie Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Fernseher, Kaffeemaschine etc sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Es gibt eine Aussenjalousie zum kompletten Verdunkeln. Sicherheit und Service durch den Doormannservice, Zugang für Gäste: Großer Garten/Hof mit Spielplatz, Liegewiese und Sitzmöglichkeiten Internet Interaktion mit Gästen: Ich empfange Euch wenn es mir möglich ist persönlich, mache die Schlüsselübergabe und erkläre die Wohnung und Anlage.
