The newly apartment is in a family oriented house. The apartment has a very familiar athmosphere and has been furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We will stay for 5 months outside of Berlin and rent our apartment only temporarely for this period. In the apartment will remain some personal items but you will have enough space for your belongings. Details can be discussed. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for comfortable living, which makes it an ideal temporary home for a couple or family. The apartment is located on the forth floor in a modern living building closed to Prenzlauer Berg and is accessible barrier-free by a lift. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. The entrance floor of the apartment has a large built-in wardrope and storage space for jackets, ironing and other items as well. The kitchen/dining area is open to the large living room. The whole area has windows down to the ground level and is flooded with light in particular in wintertime. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction stove, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and with everything needed to prepare meals. The dining table has 6 chairs and in front of the table is a big balcony of 16 sqm. The part of the living room has a large sofa, a hammock and a shelf wall. The spacious bedroom has a 160cm bed with two nightstands and reading lamp and a wardrobe to fit all clothes. The room can be opened to an additional small guest room with a comfortable sofa bed for two (140cm). The bathroom has a sink, large mirror, toilet, bidet, a tub with a shower and enough storage space. A washing machine and dryer is in an extraroom in the cellar. There is an additional Kids room with a 140cm bed with a cabinet for clothes, a desk and another balcony. There is high speed internet available throughout the apartment. In the communal garden there is also a rack for bikes. The apartment is located approx. 600m from Vineta Str. Subway Station with a fast connection to the central areas of Berlin, as well as the Schönhauser Arcaden Shopping mall. All public utilities are within a short distance, as cinema, shops, Alnatura (organic supermarket) etc. A REWE and Netto supermarket are located a few steps down the road. You can easily reach the famous Mauerpark by bycicle with the Max Schmeling concert hall. Of course there are plenty of cafés and small restaurants. The street is in a living area and according to quiet and parking is available on the street. On request a parking space in the underground parking garage can be rented additionally.
