I am subletting my spacious, fully furnished apartment in Karlsruhe’s Weststadt for six months while I am abroad. The Space The apartment covers a total of 110 m² across four rooms, three of which (living room, bedroom, and office) are included in the rental. This provides the subtenant with approximately 100 m² of living space for exclusive use. Located on the 4th floor of a very well-insulated building, the flat remains pleasantly quiet despite its central location. There is plenty of room for personal items, and it could easily serve as a second bedroom. The south-facing window floods the room with light, offering views as far as the Black Forest on clear days. Bathrooms The modern, spacious main bathroom has three windows, a bathtub, a glass shower, a toilet, and plenty of storage. Additionally, there is a separate guest WC equipped with a modern washing machine and drying racks. Leisure: Europaplatz is less than a 10-minute walk away. Bars, clubs, cafes, the "Günther-Klotz-Anlage" park, and the Palace Gardens (Schlosspark) are all within walking distance.
