With separate living and dining areas, open kitchen and 2 bedrooms, this apartment offers all your needs for your stay. Live and work from home if you like. Rent Duration & Prices: 1-3 months: 2.015 EUR per month "(including all operating and ancillary costs)" 4-6 months: 1.915 EUR per month "(including all operating and ancillary costs)" 7-12 months: 1.815 EUR per month "(including all operating costs and advance payment for ancillary costs with individual settlement)" *Prices may vary depending on length of stay and rental period. After the lease agreement expires, new contracts for extending the stay are possible. For tenants staying 1-3 months, we require just one month’s all-in rent as a deposit. For tenants staying 4-12 months, we will require two month’s all-in rent as a deposit. All of this is also shown in detail within our digital booking process.
