English: Hello, I am subletting my apartment starting from and until the with option to extend it if an agreement is reached with the management of the building. (CONTRACT WILL BE ONLY POSSIBLE MAX UNTIL , as onwards I will not be the main tenant anymore) It is a 22 m^2 apartment fully furnished and with kitchen and private bathroom. It has a desk and a lot of space for storage. It faces to the outward street where you can see beautiful sunrises. Heating and the WiFi works amazing and everything is brand new. It is perfect for one person and also you get some common areas in the building such as study room, gaming room, common lounge, gym and terrace. It’s great to meet people, specially if you’re new to the city. It’s very conveniently located, it is <5 min to Holstenstraße (bus & S-Bahn), and has a Rewe and dm directly next to it. There’s also a pharmacy <3min away. I would also be available for visits to the apartment! (There’s no cleaning fee included, because at the end of the contract that the room is clean is the obligation of the tenant, and any damage to the property would be reduced from the deposit). German: Hallo, ich untervermiete meine Wohnung ab dem bis zum mit der Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung, sofern eine Vereinbarung mit der Hausverwaltung getroffen wird. (EIN VERTRAG KANN MAXIMAL BIS ZUM ABGESCHLOSSEN WERDEN, da ich danach nicht mehr Hauptmieter sein werde.) Es handelt sich um eine 22 m² große Wohnung, die vollständig möbliert ist und über eine Küche sowie ein privates Badezimmer verfügt. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch und viel Stauraum. Die Wohnung liegt zur Straße hin, von der aus man wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge sehen kann. Heizung und WLAN funktionieren einwandfrei und alles ist brandneu. Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine Einzelperson und zudem stehen dir verschiedene Gemeinschaftsräume im Gebäude zur Verfügung, wie z.B. ein Arbeitsraum, ein Gaming-Raum, eine Lounge, ein Fitnessraum und eine Terrasse. Es ist eine tolle Gelegenheit, um Leute kennenzulernen, besonders wenn du neu in der Stadt bist. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: in weniger als 5 Minuten bist du an der Holstenstraße (Bus & S-Bahn) und es gibt direkt nebenan einen Rewe und dm. Auch eine Apotheke ist in weniger als 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich stehe auch für Besichtigungen der Wohnung zur Verfügung! (Es wird keine Reinigungsgebühr erhoben, da es die Verantwortung des Mieters ist, das Zimmer am Ende des Vertrags sauber zu hinterlassen. Eventuelle Schäden an der Wohnung werden mit der Kaution verrechnet)
