3 Zimmer wohnung von 68 m² in München

English: My old-style apartment (68 square meters) is located in Untergiesing, quite close to the River Isar. The street is a relatively quiet one-way street. A courtyard and a small garden are part of my ground-floor apartment. The public transport connections (MVV) are excellent: The U-Bahn station U1 (Candidplatz) and the Bus 52 are very close by. The apartment includes: 1 large eat-in kitchen, 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 small room. The eat-in kitchen is south-facing and bright, with a sofa for relaxing. A balcony door leads directly to the garden. The bedroom contains my bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). In the living room, there is a sofa bed that opens up to a size of 1.80 x 2.00 m. At the end of the hallway, in the small room, you’ll find an ironing board, drying rack, ladder, etc. I restored the apartment to suit my personal taste. My paintings are also displayed, giving the apartment a cozy, warm, and colorful atmosphere. German: Meine Altbauwohnung (68 Quadrat Meter) ist in Untergiesing, ziemlich nah am Fluss Isar. Die Strasse ist eine relative ruhige Einbahnstrasse. Ein Hof und ein kleiner Garten gehören zu der Wohnung am Erdgeschoss dazu. Die MVV Verbindungen sind optimal: ganz in der Nähe ist die U- Bahn Station U-1 (Candidplatz) sowie der Bus 52. Die Wohnküche liegt an der Südseite und ist hell- da ist auch ein Sofa zum entspannen. Durch einen Balkontür geht man in den Garten. Im Schlafzimmer ist mein Bett (1,40 x 2,00 m). Im Wohnzimmer ist ein großer Sofa, der offenbar ist (als Bett: 1,80 x 2,00 m). Am Ende vom Flur, in kleinem Zimmer sind ein Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer, Leiter ( uzw...). Ich habe die Wohnung in den Jahren nach meinem Geschmack restauriert. Hier hängen auch meine Bilder; sie lassen die Wohnung angenehm warm und bunt wirken.
