*About the accommodation* Welcome to your new home! Our accommodation offers flexible sleeping arrangements with 5 single beds or 2 large double beds, a single bed and a travel cot. Each room is equipped with a 50-inch LG Smart TV, and a Teufel 2.1 soundbar in the living room provides great sound. For families, we have bedtime stories and toys for the little ones. Our apartment combines modern comfort with the charm of an old building. We have prepared everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible! Cool party games are available for sociable evenings, and the children are also well catered for. Ironing is not everyone's cup of tea - that's why we have provided a steamer so that you can always stroll through the city looking fresh. In an emergency, there is a small pharmacy in the apartment - so your vacation mood remains undimmed, even with minor aches and pains. If a button comes off while you're feasting, no problem! With our sewing kit, you can quickly sew it back on or insert an elastic band. After a long day of adventure, you can freshen up with our shower gel and shampoo. And if you've forgotten your toothbrush, simply grab one of our disposable toothbrushes. Sounds great, doesn't it? *Surroundings The streetcar takes you everywhere from our apartment: to the market square, the universities, Peißnitzinsel and much more. Shopping is super easy. There's a large Edeka supermarket just a 5-minute walk away and a Penny store just up the street. For a quick snack in between, there is a snack vending machine store just two doors down. Take a walk and enjoy the impressive old architecture in this neighborhood.
