The apartment is ideal for couples, the spacious layout of the rooms offers plenty of space. The apartment is located on the top floor (5th floor) of an old building and was newly renovated about a year ago, therefore it is in almost brand-new condition. Some of the highlights of the apartment: sunny balcony (facing to the East) with space for two sun loungers, a kitchen with appliances (including a dishwasher), a sun-lit bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. The apartment is fully furnished, all the furnishings consist of our own furniture. Additionally, there is a comprehensive smart home system installed (including heating control). The rental contract will initially be for 13 months and may be extended. The stated rent (Warmmiete) includes all utilities, including internet and broadcasting fees.
