You are looking at a green oasis and forget that you are in the middle of the city center, as the city is hardly noticeable. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (SZ). SZ1 has a large 1.80m x 2,00m double bed SZ2 has a large 1.80m x 2.00m double bed and an extendable sleeping chair (with slatted frame) in the size 0.80m x 2.00m. The apartment has a covered balcony (7m2) with room for 4 people (4 chairs + table). A Samsung 50 inch Smart TV is installed (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. can be connected to your accounts). A washing machine is available in the bathroom. Iron/ironing board, laundry basket/stand are also available in the closets. The apartment has gas heating. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cooker + stove top + extractor hood, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler, toaster. So a full kitchen! All rooms have adjustable indirect LED lighting on the back wall, which can be set to a desired color, dimmed or switched on and off separately by remote control. The apartment has a covered balcony (7m2) with space for 5 people (4 chairs + table + stool). A Samsung 50 inch Smart TV is installed (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. can be connected to your accounts). There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Iron/board, laundry basket/stand are also available in the cupboards. The windows facing the street have plissees from the inside and shutters from the outside. Bed linen and towels are sufficient in the apartment. The apartment has a gas floor heating system. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, stove + hob + extractor hood, as well as microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle; toaster. So a full-fledged kitchen! All rooms have an adjustable indirect LED illumination on the rear wall, which can be adjusted to a desired colour, dimmed or switched off separately by remote control.
