The house is in a new development area, on a play street, in which you can only drive at walking pace. Our garden is completely fenced, so that your children cannot get lost playing in our garden. From the garden you have a very good view of the surrounding villages over several kilometers. In addition to the normal aluminum radiators, the apartment is also equipped with additional underfloor heating. All sockets are equipped with child safety devices. For the kids there is a climbing frame with a slide and swing that you can use at your own risk. So that the kids don't get bored even in bad weather, I am happy to provide you with additional toys.
