2 Zimmer Wohnung mit 51m² in Berlin

My partner and I have bought this 51sqm apartment on Eckertstr. We are looking for reliable tenants for the next 1-2 years (with possible extension). We will be doing some renovation works before the move in date of new and polished floorboards, plaster removal and paint, inbuilt kitchen with appliances (fridge, induction stove, oven and washing machine), installed ceiling lights and partly furnished (if desired). The flat will look wonderful when available, but sadly for now we only have these photos to show!
