There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet, a living-dining room and a hallway. The apartment was renovated this year. Your room has three large windows with a windowsill. The room has laminate flooring and is very bright thanks to the large windows. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven with ceramic hob, and everything else you need for living. The washer-dryer is also available and can of course be shared. Your room has a double bed (IKEA Hemnes, pull-out, cm), a wardrobe, a mobile storage unit, a bookshelf, and a desk with a chair. Co-Living flat life: Your roommate would be: Saad - works as an IT consultant in Berlin. We imagine shared living as a place where everyone can meet up for meals/cooking in the kitchen, or sit together in the evenings, but everyone is also considered. This means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet. You're also welcome to do other things together, such as sports, bike rides, jogging, going to the beer garden, partying, etc. - but it's not mandatory. The rent includes all costs for internet, heating, water, and electricity. Therefore, there are no additional costs for you. German: Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende! Bei uns wird ein Zimmer in Tempelhof frei. Dein schönes Zimmer ist Teil einer 70 qm großen zwei Zimmer Wohnung. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Badewanne und WC, eine Wohnküche und ein Flur. Die Wohnung wurde dieses Jahr renoviert. Dein Zimmer hat drei große Fenster mit einem Fensterbank. Das Zimmer hat Laminatboden und ist durch die große Fenster sehr hell. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen mit Ceranfeld und mit allem was man sonst zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Der Waschtrockner ist auch vorhanden und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden. Dein Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett, (IKEA Hemnes, ausziehbar, Liegefläche cm), ein Schrank, ein Rollcontainer, ein Bücherregal und ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. WG-Leben: Dein Mitbewohner wäre: Saad - arbeitet als IT Berater in Berlin. Das WG-Leben stellen wir uns so vor, dass man sich gerne zum Essen/Kochen in der Küche treffen kann, oder am Abend mal gemütlich zusammensitzen, aber auch auf jeden Rücksicht genommen wird. Das heißt, wenn die Tür zu ist, hat man auch seine Ruhe. Gerne kann man auch sonst was zusammen unternehmen, wie Sport, Radtouren, Joggen, Biergarten, Feiern usw. - ist aber keine Pflicht. In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten für das Internet, Heizung und Wasser, Strom enthalten. Es fallen somit keine zusätzliche Kosten für dich an.
