The Rhine River, the old city and the two main shopping streets (Schildergasse und Hohe Str.) are a few minutes away. The main train station and the cathedral “Dom” are a ten-minute walk away. The trade fair in Deutz can be reached in 5 minutes by tram (line 1). The tram stop “Heumarkt” is also in walking distance (2 minutes). It takes 15 minutes to the Cologne airport by car. There are two gyms in walking distance (2 min): Holmes Place and McFit. There are two supermarkets and also several restaurants, bakeries, hair dressers, kiosks, a drycleaner and a tailor shop in the neighborhood.
