This apartment features a thoughtfully designed layout, including a cozy living room integrated with a well-equipped kitchen, a dedicated study room with a large table that can be adjusted for standing work, and two monitors for your convenience. The apartment also boasts a generously sized bathroom with both a shower and a separate bathtub. The apartment is in pristine condition, as it is our primary residence. The bedroom features a comfortable 180-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For entertainment, there's a small projector available for streaming Netflix movies on the wall. Additionally, there's a child bed that can be relocated to the study if needed, making this apartment suitable for families as well. The flat is equipped with a smart TV, connected to Wifi so don't forget your Netflix & Amazon prime credentials. One of the standout features of this apartment is the abundance of natural light. Large floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the space in sunlight, and the apartment faces south, ensuring you'll enjoy plenty of sunshine throughout the day.
