1 room wohnung of 16 m² in Stuttgart

English: I am looking for a male non-smoking tenant for my room in my terraced corner house. The room is approx. 16 m² in size and costs 450 € warm per month. The room contains: a bed, a wardrobe, a shelf, a desk, a chair, a fridge, a hotplate, a microwave and a TV. The room has a bathroom with toilet and shower/bathtub. There is also a small washing machine in the bathroom. The bathroom must be shared with another tenant (male). The landlady still lives in the house. The S-Bahn can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. Sometimes dogs come to visit. The room is ready for occupancy from 18.03. freshly renovated. A viewing in advance is possible. German: Für mein Zimmer, das in meinem Reiheneckhaus liegt, suche ich einen männlichen nicht rauchenden Mieter. Das Zimmer ist ca 16 m² groß und kostet im Monat 470 € warm. Im Zimmer befinden sich: Ein Bett, ein Nachttisch, eine Nachttischlampe, eine Stehlampe, ein Schrank, ein Regal, ein Arbeitstisch, ein Stuhl, Ein Sessel mit Fußauflage, ein Kühlschrank, eine Kochplatte, eine Mikrowelle, ein Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine und ein TV-Gerät sowie Geschirr und Besteck. Zum Zimmer gehört ein Bad mit Toilette und Dusche/Badewanne. Außerdem ist eine kleine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer vorhanden.. Das Bad muss mit einem weiteren Mieter (männlich) geteilt werden. Im Haus lebt noch die Hausbesitzerin. Die S-Bahn ist zu Fuß in höchstens 10 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso die Geschäfte und die Apotheke. Manchmal kommen Hunde zu Besuch. Das Zimmer ist ab zu mieten. Eine Vorabbesichtigung ist möglich.
