Our unique and spacious flat, with wooden floors and a little balcony is located in the trendy and cosy district Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment is very spacious, with lots of morning sunlight and fully furnished with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Overlooking the calm and famous Lychener Street the apartment has a huge living room with sleeping couch, a large open floor dining room with open kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed (can be separated) and a bathroom with tub. It is just one block away from the beautiful and green Helmholtzplatz. Surrounded by many bars, bistros, cafés, health-food stores, supermarkets, and delis - anything you need. If you feel like leaving the neighborhood, the aprtment is convenient located. Within just a 5 min walk to the Schönhauser Allee train station and a 3 min walk to the nearest trams stop. The Underground line U2 and the Tram M10 directly connect to a lot of major tourist destinations in the city, such as the Museum Insel, Charlottenburg zoo, the famous Friedrichstrasse, Potsdammer Platz, and the Haubtbahnhof, the green Mauerpark, Warschauer Strasse and the East Side Gallery.
