The No. 1 Charlottenburg is a prestigious residential development ideally located on the banks of the River Spree and close to Berlin’s famous Tiergarten. APARTMENT The apartment has an open kitchen and living room. You’ll find everything you need to cook in the kitchen. There’s a two-seat sofa in this room and a large smart tv. In the bedroom you’ll find a comfortable 140 x 200 cm bed and a small wardrobe. There’s a shower and a bathtube in the bathroom. Next to the kitchen is a separate, small utility room. Tiergarten is within walking distance (2 min). Here you can go for a peaceful run in the green.
