The colorful housing estate houses are located along a wide avenue with lots of trees in a quiet side street.The city bus leaves from the end of the street and connects the estate with the entire city center. It is also a short walk to the supermarket, Bauhaus University, Junkers Museum and bakeries. There is a swimming lake, bike paths and lots of greenery all around.
