We will be spending one year abroad and would like to sublet our beautiful apartment in the heart of Hannover's Südstadt. The apartment is furnished and located on the 2nd floor, with an elevator. There is a bedroom, a study room, and a living room; however, the study room could also be used as a second bedroom. There is a large balcony, 2x4 meters, facing the courtyard. In the immediate proximity, you will find supermarkets, drugstores, bakeries, a post office, a gym, restaurants, and cafés. The nearest tram stop is a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is centrally located on Hildesheimer Straße, but the windows are very well soundproofed, so you won’t hear any traffic noise inside. Additionally, the bedroom faces the courtyard, allowing you to sleep with the window open. The internet is already included in the additional costs.
