Many of the building’s original features, including the glazed brick façade, brick pillars and exposed concrete ceilings remain intact. A sculptural element that contains the bathroom and a bedroom divides the large living space at the front of the studio and the more intimate master bedroom at the back, retaining the high ceilings and open-plan feel.
