Hello everyone, We are looking for a single person or a nice couple who would like to live in our beautiful home in an old building. The apartment is a spacious old building with 142 square metres, high ceilings, stucco, two balconies and plenty of living space. It is lovingly furnished, high-quality, special – and simply a place to feel at home. There are 4 rooms in total, one of which will be locked with our stuff. You will have three spacious rooms, your own bathroom, kitchen and hallway – perfect for living, working and relaxing. The balconies are of course available for you to use – ideal for your first coffee of the day or relaxing summer evenings outside. 🐱 Our cat is a friendly, quiet outdoor cat who enjoys company but also likes to do her own thing. During your stay, she needs to be fed daily – this is straightforward, but it is important to us that she does not miss out. If you want to go away yourself or spend a weekend away, that's no problem – we have a reliable cat sitter who can step in if necessary. We are looking for a respectful, tidy and quiet person or couple who enjoy living in a special home.
