We’re looking for someone to enjoy our home while we’re away. It’s a place we’ve put together carefully over the years, and we’re hoping to find guests who appreciate living in a cherished home. The apartment is a bright, spacious two-room home overlooking a quiet inner courtyard. High ceilings and large steel-framed windows fill the living space with natural light throughout the day, while the private terrace offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee, working outside, or winding down in the evening. You’ll hear more birdsong than traffic. The living room is designed for slow evenings, with a deep sofa, quality speakers, a projector for film nights, and a memory foam beanbag that’s surprisingly comfortable for one or two people. The bedroom has a bed with a Tempur topper. It's small by some standards, very comfortable by ours. There are also blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep. We enjoy cooking, so the kitchen is properly equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher and everything you’ll need if you’d rather cook than eat out. The apartment also includes high-speed internet, a washing machine, Philips Hue lighting throughout the living spaces, and all utilities are included in the rent.
