1 room wohnung of 115 m² in Berlin

English: We are traveling in February and want to sublet our beautiful apartment in the heart of Florakiez from February 4th to March 1st. The converted attic is super bright and friendly, has a bathroom, guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room (with south-east balcony), bedroom and a large study (or 2nd bedroom). Our apartment has everything your heart desires. The apartment is perfect for couples, families or shared apartments for 2 people. It is a lovingly furnished home and we only want to rent it to people who appreciate that. So no parties! There are enough clubs in Berlin where you can go partying. ;) Unfortunately, pets are also not allowed. The house is in a great location - Florastr. has nice restaurants, cafes and cute shops. The public transport connection is also great: 5 minutes walk to S Wollankstr / 10 minutes walk to S+U Pankow. The U2 takes you to Eberswalder Str. in no time at all, and the M27 takes you quickly to the heart of Wedding. Large supermarkets and good Spätis are right on your doorstep. The beautiful Bürgerpark (including cute goats) is also right next door. German: Wir sind im Februar auf Reisen und wollen unsere wunderschöne Wohnung im Herzen vom Florakiez vom 04.02.-01.03. untervermieten. Das ausgebaute Dachgeschoss ist super hell und freundlich, hat Bad, Gästebad, voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohnzimmer (mit Süd-Ost Balkon), Schlafzimmer und ein großes Arbeitzimmer (oder 2. Schlafzimmer). Unsere Wohnung hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Paare, Familien oder 2er WGs. Es ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Zuhause und wir wollen es nur an Menschen vermieten, die das auch wertschätzen. Also keine Parties! Gibt ja genug Clubs in Berlin, in denen man feiern gehen kann. ;) Auch dürfen leider keine Haustiere mit einziehen. Das Haus ist super gelegen - die Florastr. Hat schöne Restaurants, Cafés und süße Lädchen. Auch die Öffi-Anbindung ist top: 5 Gehminuten zur S Wollankstr / 10 Gehminuten zur S+U Pankow. Man ist über die U2 in Windeseile an der Eberswalder Str. Und mit dem M27 schnell im Herzen Weddings. Große Supermärkte und gute Spätis habt ihr direkt vor der Nase. Der wunderschöne Bürgerpark (inkl. Ziegengehege) ist auch direkt nebenan
