Bed linen, hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels are included. The local tourist tax will be charged after arrival. The house offers a spacious living area of over 120 square meters and boasts an exceptionally fast internet connection of 100 Mbps—perfect for working remotely, streaming videos, or staying in touch with your loved ones. For families with young children, we provide a diaper bin and changing mat free of charge. Upon request, we can also offer a baby crib and highchair for an additional fee (crib bedding must be requested separately). The modern amenities of the house offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of two bathrooms that make your time even more pleasant. The two cozy bedrooms invite you to relax and are furnished with comfortable double beds for a restful night’s sleep. A special highlight is the beautiful garden, which you can enjoy exclusively. Spend time on the terrace or balcony surrounded by nature and unwind with views of the surrounding landscape. In the evening, gather around the fire pit in the garden for some cozy moments. The house is heated with wood and also features underfloor heating for a pleasant base warmth. With the use of the fireplace, the holiday home stays warm and cozy even in colder months. Free on-site parking for one car is available for your arrival. Please note that the driveway is somewhat narrow. There is also an attic apartment in the house that is rented out separately. Guest Access The key will be stored in a key safe. Other Important Notes Beds (firmness level H3) are not made upon arrival. The kitchen is equipped with cleaning supplies, dish soap, cloths, sponges, and dish towels. Please note: There is another apartment above the unit that is also rented out. In winter, there is often snowfall in Haag. We therefore recommend at least winter tires for your arrival, and possibly snow chains if there is heavy snow. The driveway will be cleared at least on the day of arrival and departure. In case of significant snowfall, a snow blower and shovel are available.
