3 Zimmer Wohnung mit 150m² in Berlin

Very spacious apartment for families (up to four people plus an additional toddler, if a toddler mattress on the floor is sufficient). We are subletting our beloved apartment while we go on a little big trip. We are looking for people who will appreciate this apartment and everything that comes with it as much as we do. We are fortunate to have wonderful and understanding neighbors, Treptower Park (with playgrounds, memorial, winter beer garden Zenner with ice rink, Plänterwald, etc.) is just across the street, and the view from the windows is wonderfully expansive. The apartment is very bright (and the bedrooms have blackout pleated blinds) - perfect for winter blues. There is not only a large livingroom-kitchen with a huge roof terrace, but also an extra living room. A bathroom, an extra toilet, a hallway, and two bed- / children's rooms make our cozy apartment the quiet retreat that it is for us.
