The Spree River with the Oberbaum Bridge, especially popular with photographers, the East Side Gallery as one of the last remaining strips of the Wall and the Mercedes-Benz Arena as a venue for international sports and cultural events are only a few minutes walk away. The Simon-Dach-Kiez with a fine selection of owner-run restaurants, bars, cafés and boutiques is virtually around the corner. Directly across the street is the RAW area, once used for industrial purposes and today a place with artistic creative offerings.
