THE APARTMENT Our charming old building apartment was renovated in 2024 and completely refurnished. It is located on the ground floor of a historic apartment building in the beautiful Altona-Altstadt residential area. The apartment impresses with a ceiling height of approx. 300 cm, typical of old buildings, and has a large living room, two large bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a new bathroom with a separate toilet. THE LIVING ROOM The cozy living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area consisting of two sofas and a cozy armchair including a large round coffee table and a cozy carpet. Next to the seating area there is a modern shelf with plenty of space for your decoration ideas. A TV table and a TV set guarantee you exciting movie evenings. The living room offers you and your friends plenty of space for sociable afternoons. THE BEDROOM (1) The cozy bedroom can be reached via the hallway and the large living room. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed. You can darken the room with the thick curtains. Nothing stands in the way of a restful night here. Next to the bed you will find a practical wardrobe with enough storage space for your clothes. A small desk also gives you the opportunity to work from home. THE BEDROOM (2) This bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds. Through the window you can look out into the quiet courtyard. With the thick curtains you can completely darken the room. Next to the bed you will find a large wardrobe with two sliding doors. The wardrobe offers plenty of space for your clothes. In the corner of the room you will find a large floor-to-ceiling mirror. Enjoy restful nights in this beautiful bedroom. THE KITCHEN The practical kitchen includes a useful kitchenette with a sink, a work surface, a gas stove and a large fridge with a freezer compartment. There is a small mini oven on the fridge. There are generous storage spaces in the wall cupboards. Opposite the kitchenette is a practical dining table with three chairs. The table can also be extended by approx. 50 cm. The large window element gives you a beautiful view of the green courtyard. The kitchen invites you to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. THE BATHROOM The renovated bathroom with natural light impresses with a very large shower, a sink with a mirror cabinet and its own washing machine. The toilet is in a separate room, which is right next to the bathroom. The large bathroom is functionally designed and offers you the usual standard. THE HALLWAY The long hallway connects all the rooms in the apartment. In the hallway there is a handsome desk that can be used as storage or offers enough space for working in your home office.
