The apartment is tastefully and brightly furnished. The complete equipment of the apartment allows immediate move-in and immediate "living". The kitchen is fully equipped incl. microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery. The living room is immediately usable with satellite TV and a comfortable seating set. In the bedroom you have a double bed incl. mattress and bedding. There is an iron, an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner in a storage room. In the bathroom there is a shower and a bathtub. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. In addition, there is a study with desk and desk chair (in the study an additional bed could also be placed). A separate toilet completes the equipment. WLAN - for short-term tenants, a WLAN can be activated temporarily. Otherwise, a separate contract with a provider is recommended. Our house is located in the vicinity of single or two-family houses. The view over the garden extends into a green area. In 10 minutes you can reach the S-Bahn station on foot, in 3 minutes a bus that goes via the main station to the media port and in 15 minutes you can reach numerous metros. The Apartment is completely equipped with all you need to start immediately living. There is one Bedroom with a Double Bed and a Workroom with the possibility for one additional bed. For a short Time rental it's possible to use our personal WiFi. For a longer period I would recommend to close a contract with a Service Provider. It's very easy to get into the City Center by Car, Public Transport or Bike (approx. 20 Minutes) There are Supermarkets and Restaurants in walking Distance.
