We are renting out our well-maintained and fully furnished 2-room apartment in an absolute prime location, right by the historic Checkpoint Charlie in Berlin-Mitte, while we go traveling ☺️ The apartment is a second occupancy, meaning it's freshly renovated. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, there is plenty of daylight in the living room and bedroom, even during the winter months. The apartment is on the 4th floor and is easily accessible by elevator. With us, you not only live centrally but also with special comfort: You benefit from a concierge service and can use the quiet inner courtyard, a small fitness room, and the communal lounge with some workspaces. When the weather is good, the rooftop terrace is also opened on New Year's Eve, and you can watch the Berlin fireworks above the rooftops. Important to us: The apartment is non-smoking, and we are looking for nice, responsible people (no shared flats/WGs) who will take good care of our home.
