It has one room with a king size bed, a lovely modern kitchen and bright shower room The apartment complex is on private grounds with it’s own car park which operates on a first come first serve basis. Clothes washing facilities are shared in the basement buy you are able to dry your clothes in your apartment. We provide a tv for use via wifi connection, however when you register your stay you will be liable to pay a tv licence in Germany, you will be sent an invoice every few months and it must be paid, this amount is non-refundable and is not part of the monthly rent. Small pets are allowed You are 5 mins from the closest S Bahn which will connect you to the rest of the city. Weekly cleaning of the apartment along with fresh bedding and towels are included within the price.
