The apartment complex is on private grounds with it’s own car park which operates on a first come first serve basis. Clothes washing facilities such as washing machines are shared in the basement buy you are able to dry your clothes in your apartment. Iron's can be loaned on reuqest with a 50 euro deposit We provide a tv for use via wifi connection, however when you register your stay you will be liable to pay a tv licence in Germany, you will be sent an invoice every few months and it must be paid, this amount is non-refundable and is not part of the monthly rent. Small pets are allowed at the tenants responsibility You are 5 mins from the closest S Bahn which will connect you to the rest of the city.
