English: We are going abroad for professional reasons from July 16th to August 19th and would like to sublet our charming old European apartment in Berlin-Schöneberg. The apartment is located on a quiet side street and is a 3 minute walk to the subway station (Eisennacherstraße on the U7). It has a spacious dining room, a children's bedroom and an adult bedroom. It also has a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet in addition to the main bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. There are two balconies, one attached to the dining room and the other to the adult bedroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, stove, oven etc and cutlery and crockery. The house of which the apartment is part is a warm and sociable family house with children ranging from 3 to 12 years old. The apartment is located within walking distance of many playgrounds and supermarkets and is therefore ideal for a family. The rent totals 1900€ (it includes high speed internet, and electricity) per month but does not include heating costs which will be charged according to consumption.
