I am renting out an apartment that I used myself until recently—it is well equipped and currently furnished. The apartment can be rented on a temporary basis, fully furnished and including all utilities (stereo system, all kitchen utensils, all furniture (custom-made bed and bathroom fixtures, USM shelving, extendable table, etc.). Of course, the apartment is barrier-free and accessible at ground level from the underground parking garage via elevator without having to go outside in the rain. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment.
