1 Zimmer Wohnung mit 46m² in Berlin

The apartment is brand new, renovated and furnished. It is the first occupancy of the apartment. It is a holiday apartment that we initially want to rent for a fixed period. The apartment is located in the basement of a house, with a terrace in front. The terrace is not yet usable. A lot of reconstruction was necessary and we are now waiting for better weather conditions to continue the work on the terrace. I primarily mentioned that the apartment has a terrace so that smokers know that they can smoke directly adjacent to the apartment, similar to a balcony. The apartment does not have an oven, but it does have an air fryer (see photos). Baking a cake will be difficult, but bake-off rolls or frozen small dishes, such as ready-made baguettes, are feasible.
