From the bed to the kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies, everything is included – just move in and feel at home. Please note: We still use the apartment occasionally – more details can be found in the "About Us" section below. **The Heart of the Home** A spacious living room with an open fitted kitchen and glass frontage facing the Weser River — this is where life happens. The large terrace with plants, a hammock, table, and chairs invites you to relax, while the river view provides daily inspiration. **Your Rooms** - Large, fully furnished bedroom - Second room for work or retreat - Living room & kitchen for shared use - Terrace with Weser view – your private oasis - 2 bathrooms (bathtub & shower) - Storage room with washing machine - Large hallway with plenty of storage space We are currently adjusting the furnishing — you are welcome to express your wishes for the room layout! We of course rent with the owner’s permission. **About Us** We, Seraphin (Head of Concert Pedagogy at Stadttheater Bremerhaven & Bayreuth Festival) and Marie-Theres (actress, founder of Spoken Word Theater, Forest Yoga Teacher), are moving to Palma. We only use the apartment sporadically — Seraphin about 7-10 nights per month, I a maximum of 5 days. From April 2026, we will practically no longer be there.
