The U2 metro station "Karl-Preis-Platz" can be reached by foot in 5 minutes, from there it takes 12 minutes to get to Munich Central Station and even less to Munich Ostbahnhof. By car, you are in the immediate vicinity of the A8 to Rosenheim, and the Mittlerer Ring to Munich airport (30 minutes), or Garching University (25 minutes).
