We are traveling for 7 months and are looking for temporary tenants for our furnished and fully equipped apartment in Cologne Lindenthal from ! The apartment can be rented for the full 7 months, but it can also be a shorter period. The apartment is yours alone, with no other tenants. The bedroom is furnished with a large bed (Swiss Sense). The south/west-facing living room is always sunny and has access to the balcony. A barbecue is also available here. From the living room you can go directly into the study. The rooms are connected by sliding doors so that the rooms can also be easily separated. All the furniture, including the standing desks, stays in here too, but not the screens. In the kitchen, you have a beautiful view of the garden and plenty of space. Everything you need is available (crockery, cooking utensils, fridge, oven, etc.). Washing machine & dishwasher are also available. The bathroom is bright and large with a shower and bathtub. Everything works perfectly. We have also rented a parking space in the street opposite (Säckingerstr. 4). This costs 90€ per month and can be taken over, but does not necessarily have to be rented. You can usually find a free parking space in the area. The apartment is ideally located. We are very well connected to the highway and the streetcar lines 9, 7 and 13 as well as buses 136 and 146 are less than 10 minutes away on foot. Also we are close to some nice parks and the city forest (Stadtwald). You can find everything you need on the nearby Dürener Straße. Various supermarkets can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. You can be in the city in 20 minutes by bus, train or bicycle. Various hospitals in the area are within walking distance, . the University Hospital or Hohenlind Hospital.
