The apartment in Bayreuth is 107 m2, very quiet and is located in a pure residential area on the first floor of a house with 2 apartments, at Max-Planck-Str. 8 in the district Colmdorf/Am Eichelberg. The apartment is very nice and high quality furnished, as it was self-used by us until October 2020. It is fully furnished and has parquet flooring in all rooms. It is a 3-room apartment: living room, dining room, bedroom with a double bed, study and/or 2nd bedroom with piano, eat-in kitchen, bathroom with shower and a separate 2nd toilet with sink. The apartment is provided with far above average comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, stove and oven, the usual kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as WLAN. The very large south-facing terrace with 2 tables, chairs and sun lounger is partly covered. The rest of the terrace is shaded by an awning if desired. In the basement is a washing machine and a dryer for common use by the 3 apartments. Storage for bicycles is available. A garage is located at the house and could be rented.
