There is no elevator, but the staircase has relatively low steps compared to typical Berlin buildings, making the climb easier. The apartment is 55 sqm and includes: * Entrance hall * Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine * Open-plan kitchen and living area * Bedroom with walk-in closet There is also a 6sqm balcony The main window in the living area faces south, allowing natural light to fill the apartment throughout the day—it's very bright and sunny. The flat comes fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and all necessary utensils. The rent is €1,550 warm, or €1,900 including Nebenkosten and internet. Electricity is not included. The apartment is available from November 1st. I'm looking for a long-term tenant (non smoker and with no pets) who can ideally stay for a minimum of 6 months and up to 2 years. It is possible to do the Anmeldung. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert, und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Backofen und allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien.
