welcome to stuttgart and welcome to your new home away from home! currently available from 11.may 2026. ready for move in now (you can have references by my previous renters :)) 2 bedrooms + bathroom + living room + walk-in closet/office + laundry room + kitchen + large patio + semi private garden there are no realtor fees, since it is offered by the owner --> one parking spot available in the driveway (reserved for you) and more parking available close by --> the apartment is at ground level, so no stairs to climb. --> the apartment is fully furnished and wifi is included --> food delivery available from many restaurants through lieferando --> new washing machine and dryer are available, as well as vacuum cleaner tvs & bluetooth speaker --> the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large refrigerator, espresso maker, drip coffee machine, water heater, hot air fryer and much more. --> separate wine fridge is built in in the kitchen as well, one could put juice in there too ... i guess ;)) --> bedroom one has a super comfortable, new king size bed and shutters which will close out all light --> bedroom two has a queen size bed, but i could also convert it easily into a office … whatever the individual needs would be --> living room has a large smart tv, ceiling fan, couch and chairs --> spacious bathroom has a large walk in shower and is overall just stunningly beautiful and functional. newly renovated! prefer minimum of 30 days or longer is possible (let’s chat about the details of that option, let’s meet first). however, if you are on your way in or out of stuttgart, just text and we can see about the duration of your stay. i am listing my newly renovated apartment in the perfect location for your easy commute: panzer 12km/7 miles (no autobahn) patch 20km/12 miles (no autobahn necessary, but possible) kelly 18 km/11 miles (no autobahn necessary, but possible) the apartment is located in the beautiful town of waldenbuch, in a very quiet and suburban area up on the hill which will give you beautiful sunsets. waldenbuch is within the nature park schönbuch and you will be able to access running and hiking paths within a couple minutes of walking. within a 2 minute walk you will find: grocery store butcher shop bakery pharmacy lovely italian restaurant this is a great place and so far was offered on airbnb. it only received 5 star reviews and gained super host status within 6 month. people loved staying here. the apartment feels spacious and is quiet. i can send you the link for the airbnb listing as well, so you can get a feel for the place. financials: i always recommend having renter's insurance when you rent. rent is: 2000 euro a month, which includes parking, internet, trash disposal and garden care. utilities: we can do a flat rate for water and electricity of 200 a month, however if consumption is crazy we have to chat again … if you are a green planet loving one like me we should be fine :). so it will be 2200 euro warm. this brings it to a daily rate of about 73 euro :). cleaning service is possible (let’s chat what you need, or if you need any and that way we can assure it is all kept clean, organized and without damages: weekly: 100 euro (includes bathroom, all floors, dusting) monthly deep cleaning: 250 euro (includes bathroom, all floors, windows, dusting) laundry service possible for bed linen for 50 euro freshly washed and pressed; like a dream :) a few last things: sorry, i can’t accept vat, since i am not a hotel no pets allowed no smoking renters liability insurance is required move out cleaning fee: 450 euro owner speaks fluent english and german.
