The spacious, high-quality kitchen is located in the open-plan living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need. The living area features a large smart TV with Netflix. The private terrace with a fireplace and barbecue facilities is accessible from both the living area and both bedrooms. The master bedroom features a spacious king-size bed and a single bed. The second bedroom, with a loft bed, can accommodate up to four people, with two 90 cm beds and a 140 cm lounge area. A desk is also available here. The completely new bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a private washer-dryer. Of course, we provide fresh towels, bed linens, and all the essentials. The apartment also offers space for up to 9 guests thanks to the comfortable 160 cm sofa bed with a topper. One parking space is included at the house. Additional parking is available in the immediate vicinity, on Ansbacher Straße.
