3 Zimmer Wohnung mit 98m² in Berlin

Our 96 m² in friedrichshain/berlin has 3 rooms. In 2 of it you can sleep (d Big double bed in the one, mattress in the other one) our livingroom offers you a big relaxing sofa, where you can watch tv or have a cup of tea. We have 2 toddlers at home, so the other room is the playroom and our wardrobe is there (we will offer you enough space for all your stuff to put in too) the kitchen is tiny(18 m²) but you can sit here have a drink and it is our come together place at the table. If you need some workspace you can use this table as a desk, but if you need some extra desk, we could take an extra desk to the livingroom) The bathroom is some typical berlin style bathroom with a "berliner fenster". There is a bathtub and a sink also. Cold and hot water of course! The neighbourhood is a cultural hotspot in berlin and it offers a lot of good restaurants from all over the world. Our neighborhood is famous for brunch from morning to evening. You can find 3 diferent supermarkets just around the corner (3 min walk) and the trainstation is also just 5 min away.
