Our apartment is in one of the most sought after areas of Berlin, next to the canal between the neighborhoods of Neukölln and Kreuzberg. There are loads of great restaurants, cafés and bars in the area, but our house lies in a more quiet stretch. It is especially quiet and peaceful in the sleeping rooms that go out to the back. We are renting out the three-room-apartment fully furnished and equipped starting from March 15th for a limited period of at least ten months during a longer stay abroad. We are looking for tenants who will treat our apartment with respect. We are not an agency, but are renting privately. The apartment, with approximately 90 m² of living space, is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) and is well suited for two people or a small family with a child. We can also offer a baby bed. Pets are also possible by arrangement. The apartment is equipped with a great fitted kitchen with all the dishes, pots and pans you need, a dining area, washing machine, bathroom with bathtub, two large closets, workspace, sofas, etc. Anmeldung (registration) as place of residence is possible The apartment has high ceilings, is airy and bright. The kitchen, bathroom and all the rooms were renovated a couple of years ago, so everything is up to a good standard.
