The housing estate of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe is one of the early public housing projects of the Weimar Republic in Berlin. The "Wohnkuben" in the then district of Wedding are among the few buildings he realized in Germany before his emigration to the USA in 1938. The apartment has been restored with great attention to detail and lovingly furnished with the following furnishings Large eat-in kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen (refrigerator including freezer, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob as well as all kitchen utensils such as toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.), sofa and ottoman, dining table with four chairs as well as a chest of drawers with large flat-screen TV and hi-fi box, Loggia with 3 high backrests and acacia side table, Chamber with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils, ironing board and iron, Bedroom I with double bed (1.80 m), closet and desk, Bedroom II with double bed (1.40 m), closet and desk, Bedroom III with sofa bed (1.20 m), closet and desk, Bathroom in concrete block look, washstand and wall-mounted washdown WC "Duravit Vero", walk-in shower with SmartControl shower set as well as modern wall-mounted fittings from Grohe, Corridor with wardrobe and checkroom
